Reviews for Factory Coffee - BKK
Review highlights
Based on 3,413 reviewsFactory Coffee - BKK is widely praised for its high-quality coffee and unique signature drinks that consistently impress visitors. Customers often highlight the rich flavors of beverages like the Mocha Sea Salt and creative blends such as the Supreme and Honolulu. The café’s atmosphere is described as lively and enjoyable, offering a pleasant experience despite sometimes long queues. Food offerings, particularly their croissants and cakes, also receive positive mentions, adding to the overall appeal. Some feedback points to limited options for plant-based milk and occasional rigidity with vegan requests. Nonetheless, the combination of excellent coffee, flavorful pastries, and a vibrant ambiance makes Factory Coffee a favored destination among locals and tourists alike.
Visited Factory Coffee and it absolutely lived up to the hype! Initially went around 10+ AM and the queue was insanely long, so we returned the next day before 9 AM — a much better experience with a more manageable line. We tried a few of their signature drinks and were not disappointed. The Mocha Sea Salt was a standout — rich, chocolatey, and topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, both indulgent and well-balanced. The Factory Blood was smooth and creamy with a comforting espresso punch, and the iced chocolate was thick and satisfying. Paired our drinks with their Earl Grey Tea Cake and Dark Beer Cake — both moist, flavourful, and not overly sweet. The almond croissant was crisp and buttery. The space itself is stylish and buzzing with energy, perfect for café hoppers. Highly recommend visiting early to avoid long waits. A must-visit café in Bangkok for great coffee, creative drinks, and quality bakes.
Fairly nice coffee shop with some food, since I had been there last it moved to a new location. It did not have oat milk or any other plant based milk at that time and they were very stubborn about making anything vegan when I brought my own vitasoy milk to use the second time (bovine milk makes me feel sick), but finally did after I was about to just leave and go somewhere else with my group. It did take a while for the coffee and the people there were not very friendly at all, almost like they were uncomfortable around other people... this was 10 years ago and I suppose the "pacific west coast" style coffee was still a new thing here. It was better the next few times I went there and they even had plant milks. I have not gone to the new location but since it kept getting better every time I went, then it must be really good by now. They have a good selection of coffee styles and now they have oat milk
Had such a lovely little adventure! The ambiance was super pleasant—definitely not calm ;)—but in the best way possible! We tried three drinks that totally surprised me: Supreme (like a cozy cinnamon milk coffee hug), Honolulu (a fun mix of tea, milk, and coffee—so unique!), and Factory White (fresh latte goodness!). And oh my goodness… the croissants? Flaky, buttery heaven. I’m still dreaming about them!
Long queue but totally worth the wait! The coffee deserves all the good reviews because it’s awesome. I tried Steve Jobs, Phayathai, and Moscow! A lot of people miss out on their cakes but they’re seriously delicious. I had the best carrot cake ever here!!
This cafe has been highly recommended on social media, and I am excited to experience it firsthand. Their signatures are a must-try. The vibe is fantastic, with great service and a chill atmosphere. The coffee is undeniably top-notch. “It’s fantastic to make someone happy with something as simple as a cup of coffee” - Coffee Factory.
We may be spoiled because we live in Vancouver (known for its excellent filtered coffee), but the coffee here is overrated. The drip coffee tastes like a good cup but was not worth the wait. The supreme is delicious - like a cinnamon creamy hug. We came at 9:50 and stood in line for 30 minutes before ordering, then got our drinks and food 30-40 minutes after that. It all came separately, with the croissants arriving last. (?) The croissants were very sweet, but warm and flaky and delicious. While everything was high quality and delicious, none of it was worth the wait.
